Baby conditon

my baby first 3 months was very annoyig he was crying 2 much pepole keep telling me it because of stomic gases maybe after he finished 3 monthes he is kind of suitbale but his nose keep blocked .my baby wightis high as the doctor said ,he is sleeping well more than 10 hours daily he finish 4 months and half now ,,am so worried because when he was 20 days he got 38 temprature one day only and there was infection in his throatt and ear the hospital ask me to do menigitis test from his spine but i refuse but the blod culutre was negtive and the urine as well ,,there's need to be worried if my baby now over wight??and sleeping more than 10 hours should i do tests for him please answer me quickly
